Chakra Tattoos

If I could give negative stars I would. I went to get tattooed in June. The artist couldn’t complete a simple quote and a flower in one session so he told me I would have to schedule another appointment. Once at the desk the receptionist told me in order to schedule another appointment I would have to leave a $100 deposit. Once the appointment was scheduled, I went home and I decided I liked the quote by itself and didn’t want anything added to it. I called Chakra the next day and stated I wouldn’t need a second appointment and asked for my deposit back since I didn’t want another tattoo. They basically told me I was not going to be refunded and would have to follow through with a second appointment or lose my deposit. I’ve never heard of such a thing. I made pushed my second appointment back so I could decided what tattoo I would get next since I truly didn’t want another one. After rescheduling twice, still unsure of next steps I received an email saying they couldn’t reschedule my appointment (that I never wanted to begin with) a third time and my deposit would not be refunded. They essentially stole $100 from me and claimed I was informed my deposit wouldn’t be refunded, which I never was. I am a single mother and I think what they did was disgusting to say the least. DO NOT GO HERE.

I just wanted to say from the moment I walked in it was positive vibes. From the manager to the tattoo artist it just felt right. I spoke to my artist before my appointment told him what I was looking for and the meaning behind it and he delivered. I will definitely be back so if your looking for an artist look out for Kyle( Kyote) I called him Mr Soft hands because the experience was that good. Great place thank you guys for everything
